• Company auditor since 1981 after 9 years training in one of the leading international auditors. 
   
• Chartered accountant and legal expert. 
   
• Advanced training programmes and experience in audit in the United States, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Russia. 
   
• Former President of the European Executive Committee of Jeffreys Henry International.
   
• Member of the Institute of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Management Consultants, the Association of Consultants in Strategy and the Institute of Management Accountants and Controllers of Belgium.
   
• Former chairman of various committees: “Year 2000” and “Report on Hospitals” of the Institute of Company Auditors. Former member of the “Forum Millennium 2000” Task Force set up by the Cabinet of the Prime Minister.
