• She has a broad experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and missions of due diligence.
   
• She has a broad experience in the execution of legal missions (contribution in kind, quasi contribution, mergers and split offs, dissolution and liquidation, ...) and in the execution of consolidation missions.
